We got our bedroom and media room painted, and wallpapered by PS Construction, and we are amazed by the quality of work they did. They were really meticulous and detailed preparing our orange peel walls for the wallpaper, by sanding, painting, and finally adding the wooden slats and wallpaper. They matched the complex pattern of our wallpaper carefully to get the desired results. We really loved their attention to detail, and would definitely work with them in future too. Juan and team are amazing. We had water damage to our laundry room left by the previous owners and Juan worked with PuroClean of Sammamish (after they had done the restoration work) to repair and reinstall the laundry flooring, sideboards and the garage ceiling drywall and brought it all back to better than the original condition. They even used a padded vinyl flooring which feels better than what it used to do in the past! Juan is a nice person and I will be looking forward to working with him on other projects in the future! Had a water leak from an upstairs water service to a bathroom toilet. After the leak was fixed and a contractor dried out the baseboard area, Juan came in and very professionally replaced the damaged baseboard, calked and painted, all in half a day. The cost was reasonable, and Juan was very nice to work with. I highly recommend him and his company.

Juan and his crew repaired our basement after water damage due to a burst pipe, they did a wonderful job fixing the dry wall, retaping, and texturing and painting – the dry wall repair was done in an amazing, blended way. Also the carpet was replaced and they installed brand new trim. An excellent project with fair price and quick turnaround times. Thank you Juan – highly recommend him.
